For mixing engineers, see MIX G.O.D. DEPT.

Timeline

We’ll accept the entries until Oct 31th 11:59pm (PST), and annouce the results early in November. The 3 finalists will be chosen early in November, and the live final will be held at Music Fair 2014 Hot Line Music booth later in November.

PLAY LIKE G.O.D. DEPT

GRAND PRIX and SEMI GRAND PRIX will be chosen from 3 finalists.

MIX G.O.D. DEPT

There are 2 prize winners.

• Best mixer of “Alternative Tactics, Secon Urgent Issue”
• Best mixer of “Free Wing”

Prizes

GRAND PRIX will get

• G-Life Guitars / DP-G1 or Bugera Amps (model number TBA)
• participation in G.O.D.III
• G.O.D. picks
• G.O.D. silicon band

SEMI GRAND PRIX will get

• DP-G1 or Bugera which GRAND PRIX won’t choose

How To Enter

PLAY LIKE G.O.D. DEPT

• Choose one song from ” G.O.D.” or “G.O.D.II” and record a video.
• Upload it on YouTube.
• Advertise it on Twitter. The tweet must include ” the URL of the video”,” #play_like_god2” and ”@GtOnDemand”. If you don’t have a Twitter account, send an e-mail here with your name and video URL.

MIX G.O.D. DEPT

• Download the favorite song from raw tracks and mix it.
• Upload it on SoundCloud.
• Advertise it on Twitter. The tweet must include ”the URL of the mix”, ”#mix_god2” and ”@GtOnDemand”. If you don’t have a Twitter account, send an e-mail here with your name and song URL.

Rules

• You can enter with the video/mix which is already public on the internet.

You cannot enter with the video which you used to enter the previous G.O.D. COVER CONTEST.

• You can enter 1 department with each video/mix.
• Multiple entries will be OK.
• You can record a video with your friend, band member etc…
• We’ll accept the entries from all over the world, and we’ll ship the prize worldwide.
• In “PLAY LIKE G.O.D.” dept, you can play with any kind of tracks including the original version, the distributed backing tracks and of course, the backing tracks you create on your own.
